Arthritis in the TMJ: Could it be the muscles?

The pain pattern of one jaw muscle can show up deep in the TMJ, your jaw joint. Helpful dentists, ENTs, or general dentists might misdiagnose this muscular pain as arthritis of the TMJ. It is a muscle that you can learn to self-massage and stabilize when in dysfunction to achieve pain relieve and improve movement dysfunction. I’ll teach you more in this video.
